Workouts for Strength and Health

Below you'll find my workout videos. Refer to the video title for a rough overview of the workout type... most of them cover your full body, but some are more specific. All workout average between 30 and 45 minutes, and are intended to be straightforward yet effective. For simplicity's sake, I try and use as little equipment as possible. 


Are all your workouts full body?

For the most part, yes. If I create a workout focusing on a specific part of the body it will be labeled as such.

Is it better to work out in the morning?

The best time to work out is when you have time, or whatever it takes to be consistent.

Can I pause the videos and take a break if I get tired?

Absolutely, that’s great! Take a break and come back to it! The important part is to try and finish it if you can.

What if I don’t have any weights?

You can use water jugs, cans, or even nothing. The exercises will still work!

Can I do more than one workout per day?

Well, you can if you want, but one should be more than enough.

Why are these so long? Instagram workouts are only 30 seconds long.
